DELIVERY, CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

- Digital content (online materials, access codes, etc.)

Purchase transactions can be made by individual users, as well as, in bulk through schools/institutions can also be carried out.
2. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

- Digital product, is considered delivered when transmitted to the school or made accessible.
- The SELLER is not responsible for the school not transmitting this information to the end-users.
2.4. Physical Products
- Physical products, as specified in the order is sent in bulk to the school/institution address.
- Delivery is considered complete when the school/institution receives the product.
- The distribution process of school products to students is not the SELLER's responsibility.
3. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
3.1. Exam Services
- As exams are organizations held on specific dates, cancellations and changes are limited.

3.2. Digital Products
- Cancellation cannot be made after digital content is transmitted to the school or made accessible.

- In case any service within the package content is used or delivered, the right of cancellation may be completely or partially lost.
4. RETURN CONDITIONS
4.1. Exam Services
- Returns for exam services are only valid if:
- Cancellation of the exam
- Organizational changes

4.3. Physical Products

- Package discount will be cancelled
- The refund amount is recalculated

5. REFUND PROCESS AND FEE REFUND
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
- In case of approved returns, the refund within 14 days done.

6. LIMIT OF LIABILITY
